1. Booking and Payments

- Failure to pay outstanding balances within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- Tour rates, hotel booking rates, and other associated costs are dynamic and may change without prior notice. Prices displayed at any given time are valid only until the booking is completed. If a booking is not finalised, the price may differ at a later date.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other approved communication channels.
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and may involve cancellation fees.
- Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
- If cancellations are due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), refunds or rescheduling will depend on service provider policies and applicable regulations.
- All refunds will be processed and credited back to the original mode of payment. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment provider during the refund process.
3. Changes to Bookings
- Modifications to bookings, such as changes in travel dates or names, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- All changes must be requested in writing and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Royale Travels Ltd.
- Last-minute changes may be limited by service provider restrictions.
- Any extras or services not explicitly included in the tour package or hotel stay will incur additional charges. For example, usage of facilities such as the mini fridge, minibar, parking, or any other add-ons during the hotel stay will be charged separately.
4. Travel Documents
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) and meet destination-specific entry requirements.
- Royale Travels Ltd can provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry, travel delays, or cancellations caused by missing or invalid documentation.
- Travelers should check the validity and expiration dates of their passports and obtain necessary visas or permits well in advance of their travel dates.
5. Liability
- Royale Travels Ltd acts as an agent for third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or errors by these providers.
- We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, travel restrictions, third party involvement or strikes.
- Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen disruptions, cancellations, or emergencies.

- We work exclusively with reputable service providers to offer reliable travel arrangements.
- In the rare event of unforeseen booking issues, Royale Travels Ltd will work tirelessly to resolve them promptly and transparently.

8. Customer Conduct

- Royale Travels Ltd is not liable for disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
- In such cases, refunds, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements will depend on service provider policies. We will assist clients in navigating these situations as much as possible.
10. Complaints and Disputes
- In the event of any issues during your trip, please inform us or the service provider immediately so we can assist in resolving the matter.
- Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the complain.
- Royale Travels Ltd is committed to resolving disputes amicably. In case of unresolved conflicts, disputes will be governed by the laws of England.
11. International Clients
- Royale Travels Ltd welcomes clients from abroad and provides services tailored to meet international needs.
- Bookings are subject to UK travel regulations, as well as the local laws and requirements of your destination country.
- Payments are processed in GBP unless otherwise stated, and clients are responsible for any currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations.
12. Special Assistance Requests
- Clients requiring special assistance, such as accessibility accommodations or dietary considerations, must notify Royale Travels Ltd at the time of booking.
- While we will make every effort to fulfill such requests, availability and fulfillment are subject to service provider policies.
13. Health and Safety
- Customers must ensure they meet all health and vaccination requirements for their destinations.
- Royale Travels Ltd cannot be held responsible for medical non-compliance or health emergencies during the trip.
- We strongly recommend clients arrange appropriate travel insurance to cover health-related contingencies.
14. Marketing and Promotional Offers
- Any discounts, promotional offers, or deals are subject to specific terms and conditions, including validity periods.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

- Royale Travels Ltd is not ATOL-certified; however, we are committed to working with reputable service providers to ensure a high standard of reliability and service.
- While ATOL certification offers financial protection for flight-inclusive package holidays, we recommend that clients check the financial protection policies of the service providers we use.

17. Acknowledgment of Terms for In-Person and Telephone Bookings
- For bookings made in person or by telephone, customers will be provided with access to our Terms and Conditions either in print, by email, or via our website.
- By proceeding with the booking, customers confirm that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- If Terms and Conditions are not reviewed at the time of booking, customers acknowledge that completing the booking signifies their agreement to the terms outlined by Royale Travels Ltd.
18. Photo & Videos Submissions
- Eligibility:
By tagging #TravelWithRoyale or on our other social media channels and handles, or submitting photos and videos directly to us, participants confirm that they are 18 years or older and have the legal right to share the content. - Photo and Video Usage:
By tagging or submitting photos, participants grant Royale Travels Ltd the right to use, modify, reproduce, and publish their content across marketing platforms, including social media, website, promotional materials, and other media. Royale Travels Ltd reserves the right to edit or alter the images for promotional purposes while maintaining their integrity. - Credit:
When appropriate, participants may be credited by name or social media handle, unless they request anonymity. - No Compensation:
Participation is voluntary, and participants agree that they will not receive financial compensation for the use of their photos and videos. - Content Ownership:
Participants retain ownership of their photos and videos. However, by submitting them, they grant Royale Travels Ltd a royalty-free, lifetime, worldwide, perpetual license to use the content. - Prohibited Content:
It’s Participants responsibilities and they must ensure that their submissions do not include offensive, explicit, or copyrighted material without proper consent. - Withdrawal of Consent:
Participants can request the removal of their photos and videos (subject to approval) from Royale Travels Ltd platforms by contacting info@royaletravels.co.uk. Please allow up to 14 business days for acknowledgement. If approved, they shall be removed.
19. Photography and Videography
- During our tours, trips, and activities, photography and videography may take place as these are public experiences. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that you may appear in photos or videos taken by our team or other participants. These photos or videos may be used for promotional or marketing purposes. If you have concerns about this, please inform us prior to the start of the tour.
20. Third-Party Bookings
- As a travel agency, we book many of our tours, hotels, flights, activities, and other services through third-party providers. While we strive to select reputable partners, we cannot be held responsible for any cancellations, delays, or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, operational disruptions, or provider-specific terms. In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible. However, we will ensure customers are either provided with a full refund or offered an alternate trip or rescheduled dates, as per availability.
21. Product Availability and Confirmation
- Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment and are advised to review their order details promptly to request any corrections. In case an item is out of stock, customers will be notified, and refunds or alternatives may be offered.
22. Shipping and Liability
- While we collaborate with trusted courier services, Royale Travels is not liable for delays or damages caused during transit by third-party carriers. For eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise, and prepaid return labels will be provided for qualifying cases.
23. Product Use and Promotions
- All products are intended for their specified use. Royale Travels is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, modifications, or improper handling. Promotions, discounts, and coupon offers are subject to specific terms, with conditions for eligibility and redemption clearly stated during each campaign.
24. Additional Information
- Once you book from us or through affiliated programs of third party – you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, user agreements, privacy policies, cookies, all other policies, rules and regulations laid by us and the third party companies. These terms can be changed without notice.
