Important Notice:

• The venue provides jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets to ensure safety.
• Children under 13 years old must wear helmets.
• To ride the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be at least eight years old, measure 125 cm in height, and weigh over 30 kg. Adults must weigh 120 kg or less.
• Some rides and features require you to meet specific height and weight limits.
• You cannot bring mobile phones or cameras into the Penguin Encounter Area.
• You may only eat or drink on the cold side at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (open from 10 am to midnight).
• The venue does not offer refunds for unused or partially used services.
• Children must stay with an accompanying adult at all times.
• The park prohibits guests from bringing food and drinks inside.
• Only experienced skiers and snowboarders can access the slopes.
