- Every visitor must pay AED 5 to enter Creek Park. Tourists can purchase tickets directly from the counter or kiosks. Residents may use a NOL card or buy a ticket.
- Children under 2 years old can enter for free.
- For water activities, children must be 8 years or older and confident swimmers.
- Pregnant women and individuals with injuries cannot participate in swimming with dolphins.
- Seating operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
